Returns made simple

Not the right fit, or simply changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, whatever the reason.

What can be returned

Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Keep your order number or confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Starting a return

1. Email info@benevolux.com with your order number.
2. Within 24 business hours we send your return authorization and the return address.
3. Ship the item with a tracked service — return postage is at your cost (unless the item is defective or we made an error). Untracked parcels travel at the sender's risk.
4. Unauthorized returns can't be accepted.

Your refund

After we receive and check your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days, confirmed by email. Banks may take a few extra days to post it.

Prefer another size or color?

Exchanges are welcome within the same 30 days: tell us the size or color you'd like when you email. Once your return arrives and is approved, the replacement ships free of shipping charges — only the return postage is yours. You can always choose a refund instead.

Damaged or incorrect items

Check your order on arrival. Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 7 days with photos — we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, return shipping on us.
