How much is shipping?
Nothing — shipping is free on every order, no minimum. Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–10 business days, tracked. Details in our Shipping Policy.
What if the dress doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it — unworn, tags on. Email info@benevolux.com and we'll guide you. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I choose my size?
Every dress page has a size guide with US sizes and bust measurements. Most styles run true to size; for fitted or bias cuts we note when to size up. Unsure? Email us your usual size and we'll advise.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number arrives by email at shipment. Enter it on our Track Your Order page — first updates can take a few days.
Which payments do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available — all encrypted.
When will I be charged?
At order confirmation, with an email receipt right away. If you don't see it, check spam or write to info@benevolux.com.
